Everbuild EVERFLEX 115 GP Building Mastic white
Oil based compound intended for general pointing sealing and Bedding in traditional forms of construction.
The sealant is rapidly & simply applied by extrusion from a cartridge gun.
The product has good adhesion to most clean, dry surfaces.
Over paintable
Adheres to most common surfaces.
Semi drying
Remains permanently elastic beneath surface skin
High solids formulation
Excellent gap filling properties without shrinkage
Good external weathering properties
Uses
Perimeter pointing internally and externally around doors and windows.
Bedding sealant
Adheres to concrete, brick, wood, metals and glass
No primer required
Limitations
Do not use in areas likely to be exposed to solvents, petrol's or oils.
Do not apply to fresh concrete or mortar. Allow 28 days to reduce surface alkalinity.
Do not use in conjunction with bitumen or asphalt,
May stain marble, slate or certain sensitive natural stones.
Do not use on UPVC, polycarbonate or acrylic sheet
Do not use in areas where movement exceeds +/- 7.5%
The product takes 24 to 48 hours to skin, but 2 to 4 weeks to thorough cure.
Should not be used in areas where it is likely to be subjected to interference or damage
