Product Description
The Simpson SAE hanger is a heavy-duty hanger designed for applications requiring additional strength. The SAE hanger can be installed a variety of header members including timber, steel, masonry & I-Joists. The SAE hanger can be nailed using square twist nails, and it also has bolt holes for fixing into masonry. The hanger depth is to be at least 60% of the carried member depth to prevent rotation, unless additional lateral restraint is added to the top of the carried member.
