This finish is extremely low maintenance and perfect for use in bathrooms, kitchens or externally where damper environmental conditions are expected.
The keep is fitted to the bottom rail of your sash window, and the fastener rotates into it when the window is in the closed position.
The fastener has a locking mechanism by way of a grub screw.
